Hamas targets American security personnel, Gaza aid workers with bounties

The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) is facing a dangerous new threat as Hamas terrorists have placed bounties on the heads of its workers, including U.S. security personnel and local aid staff. According to GHF, Hamas is offering monetary rewards to anyone who kills or injures the organization’s workers.

“We are aware of credible reports that Hamas is openly targeting the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation and those who work with us. According to these reports, Hamas has placed bounties on both our American security personnel and Palestinian aid workers—offering cash rewards to anyone who injures or kills them,” GHF said in a statement provided exclusively to Fox News Digital.

“The targets of Hamas’s brutality are heroes who are simply trying to feed the people of Gaza in the middle of a war.”

GHF also revealed that Hamas has positioned “armed operatives” near humanitarian zones in an apparent attempt to disrupt the only functioning aid delivery system in Gaza.

Earlier this month, Hamas launched a deadly attack on GHF workers, resulting in 12 deaths and torture of others. The victims were identified as local workers by GHF.

U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee condemned the bounties and criticized the United Nations for remaining silent on Hamas brutality.

In response to the escalating threats, GHF Executive Chairman Rev. Johnnie Moore emphasized that Hamas would be unwise to test the resolve of President Donald Trump.

GHF is calling on the international community to break its silence on Hamas’ treatment of the organization’s local workers and American security personnel, many of whom are U.S. veterans.

Through the violent threats and escalating tensions, GHF continues to provide aid to the people of Gaza. The organization has distributed approximately 49,915,822 meals so far and recently received a funding boost of $30 million from the U.S. State Department.

“We call on other countries to also support the GHF and its critical work,” said State Department Principal Deputy Spokesperson Tommy Piggot. “The support is simply the latest iteration of President Trump’s and Secretary Rubio’s pursuit of peace in the region.”

The situation in Gaza remains tense as GHF continues its vital humanitarian work amidst threats and violence from Hamas. The organization’s dedication to providing aid to those in need is unwavering, despite the challenges it faces.
