Latest Ontario Express Entry Draw 748 PR Invitations Sent

Today, Ontario Express Entry Draw under Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream directly invited 748 candidates offering provincial nominations.
Provincial nomination adds an additional 600 points to the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, making it easier to receive an ITA in the next Express Entry draw.
Today’s Ontario PNP draw focuses on Express Entry profiles created between July 6, 2022 – July 6, 2023.
This Notice of Interest is sent to Express Entry profiles with a CRS score between 479-485 in 9 technical occupations (see below).
- NOC 20012 – Administrators of computer and information systems
- NOC 21211 – Data Scientists
- NOC 21223 – Database Analysts and Data Administrators
- NOC 21230 – Developers of computer systems and
- NOC 21231 – Software engineers and designers
- NOC 21232 – Software developers and programmers
- NOC 21233 – Web designers
- NOC 21234 – Web developers and programmers
- NOC 21311 – Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
The lower range of the CRS cutoff is up 4 points compared to the previous technology-focused OINP draw in May 2023.
Invited Express Entry profiles now have 45 days to claim their provincial nomination.
Previous OINP HCP draw sent out a record 2,349 invites targeting 42 healthcare professions, surpassing the previous record of 1,863 set on May 5, 2023 OINP HCP draw for 9 technical professions.
OINP has invited 8,499 Express Entry profiles in 7 HCP stream drawings since early 2023.
To be eligible for the Human Capital Priorities stream, candidates in the Express Entry pool do not need to register separately with Ontario, but it is always advisable to select Ontario as your destination province when making your Express Entry -profile.
OINP regularly scans the Express Entry pool and sends a notice of interest to the selected profiles who meet the draw criteria.
