Lotto Max jackpot at $75 million

Lotto Max Jackpot Reaches $75 Million for Second Time Ever

The excitement is building as the Lotto Max jackpot has once again reached an impressive $75 million. This announcement was made by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) ahead of Friday night’s draw, where 12 Maxmillions prizes of $1 million each are also up for grabs.

This marks the second time in history that the Lotto Max jackpot has hit the $75 million mark. Back in September, the OLG raised the jackpot limit to $70 million and then increased it to $75 million, which eventually climbed to a record-breaking $80 million. The grand prize was ultimately split between two lucky winners from Ontario and Quebec.

According to the OLG, the majority of grand prizes this year have been claimed by players in Ontario, with a total of $465 million in winnings awarded since the beginning of the year.

Winning the jackpot requires matching all seven numbers drawn on a single line of the ticket, with odds of 1 in 33,294,800 for hitting the main jackpot.

Tickets for tonight’s draw are available for purchase until 10:30 p.m. If the jackpot remains unclaimed, it will roll over to $80 million for next Tuesday’s draw, as per the OLG.
