What should Express Entry candidates with a low CRS score and no experience in any of the priority occupations do?
IRCC is full of surprises so it is always advisable to have an active Express Entry profile regardless of CRS score.
Candidates with a low CRS score and with no experience in any of the priority occupations can work on improving their CRS score, explore provincial nomination options, or learn French (as IRCC will also hold French-language draws in 2023).

When is the next Express Entry draw?
Express Entry draws are usually held bi-weekly, but since June 27, IRCC has been running a new round of invitations every week as they have started profession-specific draws.
One can expect the next draw from July 11 – 13, which could be a non-program specified draw or profession specific or even PNP draw (since the last PNP draw was on May 10).
