‘Price is Right’ contestant dislocates shoulder during celebration

“The Price is Right” got a little ‘crazy’ last week when a very energetic contestant named Henry dislocated his shoulder while celebrating a win.

The animated contestant was tasked with guessing the correct prize to win a trip to Hawaii during a game called “Bonkers”, which he successfully won on his first try.

Henry was seen jumping and cheering so exuberantly that he injured himself when he threw his fists in the air, according to host Drew Carey.

“Let me explain what happened,” Carey told the audience later on air, adding that “Henry was celebrating and went ‘woo’ and he dislocated his shoulder.”

The audience responded with a united gasp, to which Carey replied, “I know.”

Henry and his wife Alice stood on stage next to Carey smiling and laughing as the longtime host broke the news to the audience, who then explained that Alice would have to spin the Ferris wheel for him due to his shoulder injury.

When Alice spun a 95 out of 100, more cheers ensued – this time, with Henry lightly pumping his fist in the air with his mobile arm while his injured arm hung limp.

“He won a trip to Hawaii and the ER,” read the caption of a post on the game show’s Instagram page on Friday, which read on the accompanying video: “Guy Dislocated Shoulder Celebrates.”

The caption also included an update to let followers know that Henry is indeed “feeling better and fully healed now” following his unlikely injury, reminding us that when celebrating a big win, perhaps only a light fist pump will suffice . fine.
