Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is now hiring Chartered Professional Accountants (CPAs) for a variety of entry-level jobs across multiple locations in Canada.
These are entry level positions as no experience or minimum experience is required to apply for these positions.

AU-01 Level Jobs
As a tax inspector, you carry out checks on the income tax or excise duties of various entities, such as companies, partnerships and sole proprietorships.
CRA is looking forward to hiring for the role of:
- Income tax auditor
- Excise controller
- GST/HST auditor
- Quality employee Business Intelligence.
Salary scale: $64,605 to $84,590
CRA will create a pool of eligible candidates and individuals from the pool will be placed to work based on their location.

SP-05 Level Tracks
CRA looks forward to staffing SP-05 level positions in British Columbia in 6 locations; Vancouver, Surrey, Victoria, Penticton, Kelowna and Prince George.
SP-05 functions include reviewing taxpayer tax returns, accounts, records, taxpayer requests, and supporting documents to confirm and enforce compliance with CRA-administered laws.
In addition, SP-05 level employees plan how the audit will be conducted, review documents, and conduct legal, judicial, and policy research.
No prior experience is required to apply for SP-05 level positions, but CRA will prioritize applicants with previous experience.
Salary scale: $62,858 to $70,749 (under assessment)
