Wimbledon: Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz warm up

WIMBLEDON, England –
While it was raining outside, Novak Djokovic warmed up for Friday’s Wimbledon semifinals by spending some practice time under the roof on court number 1.
The seven-time champion will meet Jannik Sinner on Center Court later in the day. Djokovic is seeking a 24th major title, while Sinner, an eighth-seeded Italian, is attempting to reach a Grand Slam final for the first time.
Sinner also spent some time at No. 1 Court to practice under the roof.
The last player to warm up in the All England Club’s second largest stadium was top-seeded Carlos Alcaraz. The Spaniard will meet Daniil Medvedev in the other men’s semi-finals on Center Court in the late game.
Medvedev, who is seeded third and won the US Open in 2021, trained on Center Court on Friday morning.
