Windsor man charged with impaired ATV driving in Berwick

BERWICK, N.S. — A 43-year-old Windsor, N.S. man has been charged with impaired driving of an all-terrain vehicle on Oct. 29.

Kingston RCMP said officers were called to a parking lot of a Berwick business around 1:15 a.m., stopping an ATV rider that had been reported multiple times for impaired driving.

Mounties said the driver was showing signs of impairment and subsequently failed their breath test. Back at the detachment, police said two breath samples were over the legal limit.

He will be in court in Kentville on Dec. 27 to face charges of impaired driving and impaired driving over 80 mg per cent.
