2nd fire breaks out in Pasadena amid strong Santa Ana winds

The Pacific Palisades and Pasadena areas are currently facing a crisis as firefighters battle two fast-moving brush fires. The first fire erupted in Pacific Palisades, while a second inferno broke out in nearby Pasadena, forcing more than 30,000 people to evacuate their homes.

The Eaton Fire in Pasadena has consumed an estimated 200 acres, with firefighters working tirelessly to contain the blaze. Unfortunately, the strong Santa Ana winds have grounded aerial firefighting planes, hindering their ability to combat the fire from above with water drops.

As the Eaton Fire continues to progress, evacuations are being carried out in a swift and organized manner to ensure the safety of residents in the affected areas. The situation remains fluid, with firefighters on high alert and working around the clock to control the spread of the fire.

This is a developing story, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available. Our thoughts are with all those impacted by these devastating wildfires.
