Trump rallies faith leaders for ‘most pro-family legislation in modern times’

President Donald Trump recently held a massive phone call with over 10,000 faith leaders to discuss his administration’s accomplishments in curbing anti-Christian bias and rally support for what he called the “big, beautiful bill.” This legislation, according to Trump, is the most pro-family legislation in modern times and includes provisions for school choice, the expansion of the Child Tax Credit, and the creation of ‘Trump Accounts’ for newborn children to support their future.

During the call, faith leaders from a variety of religions, including Christianity, Judaism, and Islam, were present. White House officials such as press secretary Karoline Leavitt, faith director Jenny Korn, and advisor Paula White also joined the call to show their support.

However, the call almost didn’t happen due to technical issues with the phone company AT&T. Trump took to social media to express his frustration with AT&T’s equipment failures, which almost led to the call being postponed. Despite the initial setbacks, the call eventually went ahead with the use of another carrier.

During the call, Trump highlighted his administration’s efforts to protect religious liberty, including pardoning pro-life activists and reinstating service members who were removed from the military over religious objections to vaccine mandates. He also mentioned setting up a Department of Justice task force to combat anti-Christian bias.

Trump also touched on recent military actions, including the surprise attacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities and the resolution of conflicts between Israel and Iran, India and Pakistan, as well as Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Overall, the call was a platform for Trump to showcase his administration’s achievements in supporting religious freedom, promoting peace, and advocating for pro-family policies. The faith leaders in attendance were urged to support the ‘big, beautiful bill’ and spread the message to their congregations and members of Congress.
