A provisional test date set for accused in Halifax murder case
Lee Taylor, 40, of Van Wellington Place in Halifax, appeared in Bradford Crown Court on Tuesday, facing charges of the murder of Paris Kendall, 36. Kendall was found dead on 13 August with a serious head injury in Keighley Road, Illingworth.
During the court appearance, Taylor, dressed in a gray sweater and blue PUMA training pants, confirmed his name before Judge Jonathan Rose. The judge set a plea date for September 16 and a provisional test date for February 2.
