Noah Lyles, Tyreek Hill pull out of race due to ‘complications’

In a recent development, Super Bowl champion Tyreek Hill and Olympic gold medalist Noah Lyles were set to face off in a highly anticipated race to determine who is the fastest athlete. However, the event has been called off, according to Lyles.
Lyles, who won the 100 meters at the Paris Olympics, revealed during the Cannes Lions Festival in France that the race will not take place due to “complications” and “personal reasons.”
The two athletes had been in the final stages of planning the event, with intentions to hold it as soon as this weekend. Lyles expressed disappointment that the race fell through, despite their efforts to organize it.
Initially, the race was set to take place in New York City’s Times Square, with plans for a grand event that would attract attention from fans and media alike. Unfortunately, the logistics did not pan out as expected, leading to the cancellation of the race.
Hill, a wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, had been training for the race, as seen in a video he shared on social media. The video showed Hill completing the 100 meters in an impressive time of 10.15 seconds during the Last Chance Sprint Series event in California.
It remains uncertain if the race between Lyles and Hill will be rescheduled for a later date. Fans who were eagerly anticipating the showdown between the two star athletes will have to wait for further updates on the potential rematch.
