Canada is sanctioning 10 more people and 153 additional Russian entities, with the full-scale invasion of Ukraine set to pass the second-year mark this weekend.
Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly announced the sanctions in co-ordination with the United States and the United Kingdom this morning.
