Rep. Nancy Mace slams Clemson University for 15-option gender menu in health portal

Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., has once again taken a bold stand to defend women and basic biology, this time directing her attention towards Clemson University. Mace recently called out the university for offering a health portal form that listed a total of 15 gender identities, including terms like “genderqueer,” “two-spirit,” “cis female,” and “cis male.”
In a passionate video posted on her social media, Mace expressed her disbelief at the inclusion of such a vast array of gender identities on the form. She emphasized the importance of following science rather than succumbing to what she described as a “radical, woke, leftist, lunatic ideology.” Mace made it clear that she would not stand for such practices in her state of South Carolina.
Mace wasted no time in taking action, reaching out to Clemson University President Jim Clements to demand answers. She stressed that there are only two genders, male and female, and insisted that the university align with this scientifically supported belief. Mace’s proactive approach demonstrated her commitment to upholding traditional values and principles.
However, Clemson University responded exclusively to Fox News Digital, clarifying that the gender identity dropdown menu in question was not part of their housing application but rather appeared in an external vendor’s health services portal. The university promptly removed the menu and stated that they are consulting with medical professionals to determine the necessary information for medical care purposes.
Mace continued to advocate for the recognition of only two genders, male and female, and warned that any institution in South Carolina promoting a multitude of gender identities would not receive taxpayer dollars. She firmly asserted that “cis is a slur” and reiterated that women are women and men are men.
This recent incident is not the first time Mace has taken a stand in the gender wars. She previously led efforts to block Rep. Sarah McBride, D-Del., a biological man who identifies as a woman, from using women’s restrooms on Capitol Hill. Mace’s commitment to “protect women’s spaces” has sparked backlash, but she remains steadfast in her beliefs.
Despite facing threats and violence, Mace remains resolute in her fight for women’s safety and rights. She declared that threats would not deter her from advocating for women and emphasized that women deserve to be safe in all spaces. Mace’s unwavering dedication to her cause showcases her strength and determination as a leader in defending women’s rights.
